Requirements:

 

• Native or native-fluent English speaker

• 6+ months of online coaching experience (or transferable skills)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated excellence in English language instruction

• Ability to motivate students and foster autonomy

• Commitment to personal and professional growth

• Proficiency in structured lesson delivery and integrated program planning

• Responsibility for timely and accurate administrative submissions

• Reliable home office and high-speed wired internet

• Laptop or desktop, no tablets or phones

• Noise-cancelling headset

• Visa that explicitly allows work in country of residence if you are not a citizen

• Applicants with tourist visas (digital nomads) cannot be processed

Preferred countries of residence:

Canada, UK, India, South Africa, Jamaica, New Zealand, Australia, America, etc
